VN Aditya - the director of Aata - is a happy man these days when idlebrain.com met him, he unravels the story behind the making of Aata.

This a breezy entertainer like Dhoom 2. Aata is just supposed to entertain. If we insert emotion, it would have become a routine melodrama. That is the reason why we deliberately avoided having emotional scenes.

Aata is a bigger hit than NVNV!!

Siddarth, MS Raju and the director VN Aditya are in the illusion-Aata is a bigger hit than NVNV and a lot of children (ignore Ileana’s skin show) and families are watching the film, which is just opposite to what the public talk is (asalu correct report monday vosthadhanta). Siddarth who thought of doing a Telugu film if Aata doesn’t do well is going to stick to his decision. Sources say with Aata being a super hit, he might not act in any Telugu film for a year as his film Delhi 6 with Rakesh Omprakash Mehra would stretch till February end.

Aata Review - Total Tollywood

On-screen chemistry between Sidhartha and Ileana is good. Sidhartha is very energetic especially in the songs. Sidhartha proves his multi-talent by not only doing on screen but getting credits for singing a song too (Ninnu Choosthunte). There is lot of skin show from Ileana (especially in the song Ninnu Choosthunte) who looked very glamorous in the film.

MS Raju hit the Bull's Eye with 'Aata'

Siddhartha gave a tremendous and extraordinary performance in the film. It is quite youthful and his comedy timing, ease in dances, performance, body language — all worth watching. The first half of the film was devoted to escape drama, the second half was utilised to show the glamour of the heroine.

'Aata' Review: Hilarious Romantic Story with Full Mass Elements
09 May 2007 | | Prathna

It’s a hilarious entertainer that runs smooth and soft till the end mesmerizing the audiences with non-stop comedy and action sequences.

To sum up, the film is an entertainer and as there is comedy in it the durability can be assured. Youth, Family and Mass audiences can be patrons for this film. Well, that’s the whole set of audiences, indeed.

Bottom Line: Go and Watch It
